You'll be working on international, diversified, greenfield projects, ranked from small to middle size which last approx 1-2 ys.

- Developing project plans and identifying the required resources
- Delivering solutions scope on time and within budget
- Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met with results
- Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Handling the team dynamics with high sensitivity while managing the project as a determined leader
- Ensure the motivation of team members assigned to projects
- Responsible for accurate communication, being an early escalation point for the project team
- Document project progress and issues
- Provide input to the Sonrisa PMO team to improve internal processes

WHAT YOU HAVE
- Minimum 5-6 years' experience in managing end-to-end projects
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in managing software development projects (supplier-side preferred)
- Fluency in English is a must, speaking Hungarian is a must
- Strong understanding of agile and traditional project methods and software development specifics
- Working successfully with development teams to deliver customly designed softwares at supplier-side
- Managing distributed teams in various geolocations
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal communication, project management and customer relationship skills
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with modern technologies and tools required for online team management (office, teams, etc.)
- Leadership skills for boosting team confidence and respect
- Computer Science degree or technical equivalent is a plus
