In this key role, you will act as the direct interface between our company and our logistics partner DP World, right at the center of daily operations. Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and continuously improve operational warehouse, shipping, and distribution processes directly on-site at DP World
• Ensure and monitor agreed KPIs such as OTD, quality, and lead times while analyzing deviations and implementing appropriate corrective actions
• Coordinate closely with DP World operational teams on a daily basis and ensure transparent and reliable communication flows between all stakeholders
• Independently manage and escalate performance, quality, or delivery issues with both internal and external stakeholders
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits, process optimizations, and the stabilization and further development of the logistics site

Skills & Experience

• Experience in operational logistics, warehouse management, and transportation or distribution environments
• Strong SAP user knowledge as well as a solid understanding of WMS systems and end-to-end logistics processes
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with a strong hands-on mentality and high level of ownership
• Strong communication and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently as the sole on-site company representative
• Fluent English and Polish skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage along with confidence in international environments
