We are looking for a Head of Account Management to lead our multinational team and oversee relationships with key merchants. This role is focused on driving portfolio growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring long-term client success across multiple markets.
As a key commercial leader, you’ll define growth strategies, support high-impact accounts, and work cross-functionally to deliver strong client experiences in a fast-paced international environment.
What you’ll do
Lead, mentor, and develop the Account Management team, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture
Oversee and support the management of a portfolio of top-tier merchants
Define and execute portfolio growth strategies, including market expansion and upselling opportunities
Build strong relationships with key merchants and act as an executive escalation point when needed
Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning across the team’s portfolio
Monitor portfolio performance, forecast growth, and identify high-impact commercial opportunities
Ensure profitability through pricing reviews, commercial negotiations, and strategic account planning
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integrations, and operational excellence
Gather client and market feedback to continuously improve Eron International’s products and services
Support the team in navigating complex challenges and driving results in dynamic markets
What we’re looking for
6+ years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management, including experience leading teams and managing strategic accounts
Strong knowledge of the gambling and/or online payments industry
Proven track record of growing portfolios and building long-term strategic partnerships
Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Analytical, strategic, and highly results-driven approach
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and align teams in a multicultural environment
Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
Availability to travel for conferences, industry events, and client visits
