We’re looking for a Senior Account Mananger to join our growing multinational Commercial Team. In this role, you’ll own and grow relationships with some of our top-tier merchants, ensuring long-term partnerships and driving business expansion.
You’ll be a key player in bridging internal teams and clients, simplifying complexity, and pushing opportunities forward. We’re looking for someone proactive, accountable, and commercially driven, with a strong focus on delivering results while building meaningful relationships.
What you’ll do
Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier merchants (mainly in the gambling vertical)
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Define and execute growth strategies for your portfolio (new markets, upselling solutions)
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and track performance against goals
Monitor key metrics, forecast performance, and identify growth opportunities
Ensure profitability by reviewing pricing and renegotiating when needed
Act as the main escalation point and ensure smooth issue resolution
Coordinate onboarding of new brands and market expansions end-to-end
Gather client feedback to improve our products and services
What we’re looking for
4–6 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, managing top-tier accounts
Strong knowledge of gambling and/or online payments
Proven ability to grow existing portfolios and manage strategic relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other languages are a plus)
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives
Team player, comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment
Proactive, autonomous, and hands-on attitude
Availability to travel for events and client visits
