Our Supply Planning team is responsible for translating demand into executable supply plans that ensure the right materials and products are available at the right time, cost, and quality. We work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and suppliers to balance demand, supply, inventory, and capacity across the full product lifecycle.
About the role - you will:
- Own end-to-end supply planning, including shortage management and recovery actions across the supply chain
- Drive purchasing execution (PO, RFQ, lead time management) to ensure material availability aligned with production plans
- Analyze supply-demand gaps using data and AI tools to identify risks and simulate scenarios
- Translate data insights into actionable decisions across cost, lead time, capacity, and demand impact
- Manage trade-offs and supply risks to ensure continuity and optimize business outcomes
- Monitor and improve supplier performance (delivery, lead time, reliability)
- Assess supplier capacity and align supply capability with demand requirements
- Support New Product Development (NPD), ensuring material readiness and smooth ramp-up
- Coordinate qualification activities (new parts, suppliers, and processes)
- Apply structured problem-solving and continuous improvement to enhance planning and purchasing efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure seamless operations

Your experience includes:
- Experience in Supply Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Industrial Engineer or related field
- Experience in supplier management, capacity planning, NPD, or qualification processes
- Familiarity with SAP / ERP systems
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, dashboards, or similar tools)
- Background in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields is a plus
