Seagate Facility Engineering Teparuk is responsible for Facility project management (proposal, planning, execution & control), plan all utilities and space support production build requirement, office & supporting space& furniture support, Facility utilities systems operation and maintenance, building ground maintenance.
About the role - you will:
- Responsible for the newly built, operations, maintenance and repairs on all Facilities Electrical systems including HV Switch gear, Transformer, MDB and DB panel systems
- Lead and oversee project related to new build, upgrade and improvement of all Facility systems
- Oversee the management of facility systems; infrastructure and onsite contractors to ensure that all the equipment and facilities are working properly
- Manage and organize engineering tasks and facility support services to industry standards, as well as regulatory guidance for semiconductor manufacturing
- Developing, documenting, and driving rigorous preventative maintenance procedures
- Maintain equipment performance records and engineering analysis for improvement
- Identifying and ensuring spare parts and consumables are available as necessary
- Creating and maintaining accurate specifications and work instructions for equipment maintenance
- Follow company regulations and all international standards including ISO9001, ISO14001 OHSAS18001, BCMS ISO22301 and local regulation
About you:
- Able to effectively proposal, plan, execution & control facility project
- Capable of communicating in technical material with both inside and outside of engineering groups and any support functions
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects
- Program management skill with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication skill both Thai and English and ability to relate well and all levels and functions
- Strong presentation skill is preferable
Your experience includes:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering or in related fields
- Has relevant experience in Environmental systems in Semiconductor Facilities is preferable
- Good knowledge of Electrical systems with project cost estimation
- License for Professional Practice is preferable
