About the Role
Based in our Rydalmere office and reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you’ll be the friendly voice and reliable support our customers depend on. You’ll respond to enquiries, solve challenges, process orders, and work closely with teams across the Pacific region (Australia & New Zealand) to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, accurate, and timely.
From phone‑based support to order coordination, complaint resolution, and ERP/CRM updates, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across the full Customer Care lifecycle, becoming a trusted point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, Technical Support, and more, helping ensure the customer journey is seamless from start to finish.
