About the role
We’re looking for a Referral Partner Manager to own and grow our referral partner network. You’ll manage the full partner lifecycle - from identifying and onboarding new partners to driving performance, strengthening relationships, and scaling partner-generated revenue.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of referral partners
- Own the full referral partner lifecycle
- Identify, attract, onboard, and activate new partners
- Build long-term relationships and drive partner revenue growth
- Run regular partner check-ins and QBRs
- Tailor partnership models based on partner needs
- Collaborate with Internal teams
- Maintain CRM accuracy and performance reporting
- Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities
- Support the development and scaling of the referral portal
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Referral, Affiliate, Partner, or Channel Management
- Background in iGaming, Fintech, or Affiliate industries
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Strong analytical, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex partnerships
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Enterprise partner/client experience
- Payments or fintech product knowledge
- Additional languages (e.g., Russian, German, Spanish)
