About the role
We’re looking for a Sales & Account Manager to own and grow our existing client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term client retention.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive revenue growth
- Run regular client check-ins and QBRs
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, AML & Compliance and other teams
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance tracking
- Spot risks early and turn opportunities into growth
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Account Management
- Background in iGaming, Fintech, or Affiliate industries
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Nice to have:
- Enterprise client experience
- Payments / fintech product knowledge
- Additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Russian)
