What you will be doing:
Manage On Time Delivery and Customer Satisfaction - Satisfy customer requirement in order and delivery.
Max revenue and Billing target achievement - Rationalize manufacturing & shipping priority for billing target achievement.
Production Planning (MPS/MRP) - Optimize production plan, monitor production achievement and drive production improvement.
Inventory Management - Maintain reasonable inventory including to rationalize material demand, control material flow and economize manufacturing resources.
Coordinator - Coordinate with customer, QA and engineer for quality problem.
What you will bring along:
Bachelor’s degree or above
3 to 5 years of work experience in semiconductor industry
Basic knowledge of Semiconductor (diode) Industry or supply chain
Communication skills in both Chinese & English

The Planning team provides value add by:
Managing or completing supply planning based on a number of indicators (sales forecast, orders, production data).
Analyzing, controlling and reporting on relevant KPI, detecting plan deviations, and deriving recommendations.
Developing supplier forecasts and determine logistical processes with suppliers.
Analyzing order plans and critical timelines, and double-checking of available materials, parts or products in stock.
Executing load balancing calculations, and cooperating with other plants for respectively optimized plans.
Planning of monthly or weekly production program for the assigned plant(s).
Calculating and deploying short-term (day-to-day) production plans for assigned production resources.
The Senior Specialist:
Plans processes and resources across a small number of plants locally, which may include production and warehouse planning, supply chain operations between the plants, or from supplier to plant or towards customer.
Interacts with a range of stakeholder (incl. Operations & Plant Management, Sales, Supply Chain Logistics, customers, suppliers. ).
May plan and continuously watchout for process optimization for assigned production processes, as process owner.
Performs independent judgement on subjects of relevance for the process assigned.
