Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Implementation Consultant (P4) on Kyriba's Partner Deployment team, you will serve as a senior Kyriba Subject Matter Expert (SME) embedded within partner-led implementations and Value Added Services engagements. You will work alongside our network of elite implementation partners — including global consulting firms — providing advanced functional expertise in Payments, Risk Management, and other Kyriba modules where deep specialization is required.
Unlike a traditional full-lifecycle implementation role, this position operates in a dynamic, high-volume environment where you may support multiple clients and partners simultaneously — parachuting in as the expert when partner teams need Kyriba's most advanced capabilities. You will also support existing Kyriba clients through change orders and module expansions as part of our Value Added Services practice. This is a high-credibility, high-autonomy role for a senior professional who thrives on variety, operates independently, and can establish expertise instantly in front of sophisticated audiences.
What You'll Do
Expert SME Support & Delivery
Deploy into partner-led implementation projects as the Kyriba functional SME, providing targeted expert guidance on advanced configurations, complex scenarios, and specialized module requirements.
Support existing Kyriba clients through Value Added Services (VAS) engagements — implementing new modules, configuring additional functionality, and expanding client usage of the platform.
Configure and test Kyriba modules (Cash Management, Payments, Forecasting, Connectivity, FX, GL, Hedge Accounting, Risk Management) with precision and quality across multiple concurrent engagements.
Design creative, out-of-the-box solutions that address unique client and partner challenges and drive measurable business value.
Manage a high-volume workload across multiple clients simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and new requests.
Partner & Client Engagement
Build trusted relationships with implementation partner teams, serving as a credible and authoritative Kyriba representative who can justify the expertise and billing rates Kyriba delivers.
Lead client and partner meetings within your area of engagement, drive issues to resolution proactively, and ensure seamless communication throughout each task or workstream.
Support clients and partners through UAT (user acceptance testing), troubleshoot issues, and provide go-live support to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
Represent Kyriba with professionalism and deep domain credibility in front of senior partner consultants, client executives, and technical stakeholders.
Training & Enablement
Lead comprehensive client training sessions tailored to end-users, admins, and power users, ensuring rapid proficiency and adoption.
Create custom training agendas, materials, and best practice guidance that empower clients to maximize Kyriba's value.
Subject Matter Expertise
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex designs, configurations, and client challenges, providing authoritative guidance to partner teams and project stakeholders.
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate team capability across the PS organization.
As you grow in the role, there is opportunity to mentor junior Implementation Consultants — sharing best practices, lessons learned, and functional expertise to support their development.
Workload Management & Execution
Manage a high-volume, reactive workload across multiple simultaneous client and partner engagements — prioritizing effectively and delivering with quality under shifting demands.
Apply Kyriba implementation best practices to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across all engagements, regardless of scope or duration.
Maintain accurate and timely timesheets; ensure transparency in task progress and utilization across concurrent assignments.
Proactively communicate availability, risks, and workload status to the Practice Lead to enable effective resource planning.
Continuous Learning & Growth
Obtain and maintain Kyriba COE certifications across functional and technical modules, including advanced certifications.
Work with your manager to develop and execute a personalized training plan to expand your skills, deepen expertise, and pursue new modules.
Stay current on treasury best practices, industry trends, and Kyriba product innovations.
