We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Endress+Hauser Philippines Inc. in Metro Manila office.
What is the role about?
The Service Coordinator role ensures the synchronization and integration of service activities, responsibilities, and command structures to ensure that resources are used most efficiently in pursuit of objectives within the defined scope of what is being coordinated.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities within the service process, ensuring smooth execution from request initiation through to completion for the assigned network or service team
- Manage and organize authorized service providers, including scheduling, coordination, and ongoing operational alignment
- Oversee and manage service-related messages, ensuring timely communication, tracking, and resolution
- Coordinate and arrange field service travel, including flights, ground transportation, accommodation, meetings, visa arrangements, and expense reporting
- Maintain and organize all service documentation in both hard and soft copy formats, ensuring a structured and up-to-date filing system
- Other tasks upon reasonable request by Company from time to time
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 1- 3 years of experience in service coordination, quotations, operations support, logistics coordination, or administrative roles
- Fresh graduates are welcome but experience in industrial services, technical services, or field service environments is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- Demonstrates strong team ethics, initiative, patience, and resilience
- Able to motivate associates indirectly through influence and example
- Strong listening skills with a service‑oriented mindset
- Solid problem‑solving and analytical capabilities
- Attention to details and self-discipline
