Regional Manager - Travel Retail (CE&L)
Role overview
Carlsberg Export&License has an ambitious growth strategy in Travel Retail and Western Europe and is looking for a dynamic personality with strong marketing and sales skills. You will be responsible for a group of selected Export & License markets and customers in Western Europe and Duty Free channels, where you will be supporting the profitability and volume growth of our highly successful portfolio of global and local brands in close cooperation with the customer or local partner
What you’ll be doing
What we’re looking for
We expect you to combine a master-degree within Sales, Marketing, or Business Management with a couple of years’ experience within Beverage or FMCG.
Experience in Travel Retail or Duty Free channels is a big plus.
Ideally, you are based in Denmark.
As a person, you must be strong in communication, self-driven, and action/result-oriented. We are looking for a person who is effective at building business partnership relations and possesses good negotiation skills. A true team player with strong strategic sales/marketing and project management competencies to create and deliver new opportunities for our beverage brands.
You have a high work capacity with a low stress level. You are fluent in English and can travel up to 100 days a year within Europe (mainly UK and Scandinavian countries).
Even when things get tough, you stay positive, proactive and maintain the helicopter perspective, knowing you have the details under control.
