Regional Field Marketing Manager - Nordics, UK & CEE

We are seeking a hands‑on, commercially minded Regional Field Marketing Manager to drive demand capture and demand generation across the Nordics, UK and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).

This role is responsible for planning and executing high‑impact, locally relevant marketing programs that directly support sales pipeline growth, with a strong focus on industry‑led initiatives, partner marketing, and events.

The role is based in Odense, Denmark, and works closely with regional sales teams, partners and EMEA stakeholders. Some travel to be expected.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Marketing, this role will be a key execution lead for the region—translating EMEA strategy into scalable, repeatable programs while navigating a multi‑country, multi‑partner environment.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Demand Capture & Demand Generation

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth across Nordics, UK and CEE, including:
• event‑led campaigns
• partner co‑marketing initiatives
• targeted digital and content‑driven programs
• Maintain a strong focus on pipeline quality and sales relevance, not just lead volume
  
  

Partner & Channel Marketing

• Collaborate closely with integrators, distributors, OEMs and strategic partners across the region
• Co‑develop and execute joint marketing initiatives that expand reach, strengthen partnerships and support revenue growth

Event & Experience Marketing

• Plan, execute and optimize events and exhibitions across the region
• Ensure strong follow‑up, lead handling and sales alignment post‑event
  
  

Your Profile

We are looking for a self‑driven, structured marketer who thrives in complexity and takes ownership.

You bring:

• 5–8+ years of field marketing experience in B2B technology, automation, industrial or related industries
• Proven experience executing event‑led and partner‑driven demand generation
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures
• Strong collaboration skills with sales and channel teams
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills
• A data‑driven mindset with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Nordic language skills are a plus)
