Lead workstreams/projects across CTH's Organization & Strategy, Visitor Journey, and Cultural Planning service families, while anchoring the practice's emerging cultural-consulting credibility. This role is positioned to bridge classical management consulting discipline with cultural-sector substance and digital fluency.
Primary capability: Management consulting with demonstrated specialization in cultural consulting , strategy, organizational design, sector development, or cultural advisory engagements delivered to ministries, cultural institutions, or culture-led giga / mega projects.
Secondary capability required: Direct prior experience in the creative sector (e.g., museums, galleries, design studios, production houses, publishing, performing arts, festivals, or creative agencies) , either as a practitioner or as an embedded advisor.
Additional capability required: Working experience inside a digital product environment , ideally a tech startup, digital product company, or digital transformation function , sufficient to bring product thinking, agile delivery logic, and digital experience sensibility into CTH engagements.
• Lead 2–3 workstreams/projects end-to-end: hypothesis design, analysis, stakeholder engagement, synthesis, and executive-ready deliverables.
• Translate cultural-sector knowledge into structured consulting outputs and shape engagement approach design.
• Mentor Analysts and Consultants on consulting craft, writing standards, and cultural-sector context.
• Contribute to proposal development, particularly where cultural + digital + creative angles converge.
• Act as a credible client-facing voice in cultural and creative-sector conversations.

• Documented project experience in cultural consulting engagements (cultural strategy, cultural sector development, institutional design, or cultural policy advisory).
• Demonstrable creative-sector exposure , either as full-time employment or a sustained engagement portfolio.
• At least one role or substantial engagement inside a tech startup or digital-native environment or similar.
• Strong written English; Arabic is a plus.
