

Operate as an independent problem-solver across CTH engagements, owning modules that require simultaneous fluency in consulting method, cultural-sector substance, creative-sector intuition, and digital execution awareness.
Primary capability: Management consulting craft , structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, interview execution, synthesis, and client-grade written outputs , with demonstrable specialization in cultural consulting projects.
Secondary capability required: Prior work experience in the creative sector (creative agencies, design studios, content production, museums, galleries, festivals, publishing, or performing arts organizations).
Additional capability required: Direct working experience in a digital environment such as a tech startup, digital product team, or digital experience studio , bringing comfort with product logic, digital user journeys, and modern collaboration tooling.
• Own discrete modules within engagements: research design, interview programs, analytical work, and draft recommendations.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews across cultural institutions, creative practitioners, and digital / tech players.
• Produce client-ready written and visual outputs that integrate cultural, creative, and digital perspectives.
• Support proposal writing and contribute reusable assets to CTH's knowledge base.
• Provide on-the-job coaching to Analysts and Associate Consultants.
• support CTH internal development.
• 3–5 years total experience, including at least 18 months in a consulting firm with cultural-sector project exposure.
• Verifiable creative-sector work history (employment or sustained project-based engagement).
• Hands-on experience inside a tech startup or digital product environment.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills; portfolio of writing or deliverables preferred.
• Strong written English; Arabic is a plus.
