The Senior People Analytics Specialist plays a critical role in shaping how People data is translated into strategic insight and business action. This role partners closely with People leaders, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver analytics, insights, and data solutions that improve decision-making across the employee lifecycle.
As a senior member of the People Analytics function, this role combines deep expertise in People data, analytics, and reporting with strong business partnership skills. The ideal candidate brings a clear understanding of data governance, systems, metrics, and storytelling, and is able to turn complex workforce data into actionable recommendations that influence strategy, improve processes, and drive business outcomes.
This role will lead key people analytics initiatives, serve as a trusted advisor on workforce data and trends, and help advance our people analytics capability through scalable reporting, dashboards, predictive insights, and strong data foundations.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities
Partner with People leaders, HR Business Partners, CoE leaders and business stakeholders to identify critical workforce questions and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of people analytics dashboards, reporting, visualizations, and presentations for a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Translate complex workforce data into clear, compelling narratives that inform talent, organizational, and business decisions.
Establish deep expertise in People data structures, data sources, business rules, and systems to ensure accurate and trusted reporting.
Drive data governance, data quality, and process improvement initiatives across the People function.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, retention, mobility, performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
Develop scalable analytics solutions that improve self-service reporting and reduce manual effort.
Apply advanced analytical methods, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling where appropriate, to generate forward-looking insights.
Partner with People Systems and People Operations to support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation of changes that impact People data and reporting.
Act as a subject matter expert for People metrics, reporting standards, and analytics best practices.
Lead cross-functional projects and workstreams related to workforce analytics, data strategy, and reporting transformation.
Mentor junior team members and help elevate analytics capability across the broader People organization.
