As International Materials Senior Specialist, your responsibilities encompass a wide range of duties related to logistics and supply chain management. Namely inventory management (3rd party suppliers), shipping and transportation, materials knowledge, customer service (importers), documentation, customs clearance and freight audit knowledge. You will closely communicate with stakeholders from different levels in the organization to make sure the logistics process is executed without delays and no impact on our timelines with our customers.
In this role, you will get to use your planning and operational skills, while testing your ability to handle pressure and get things done. You will have a great opportunity to improve your time management skills, English (mandatory) and Spanish (optional), depending on the importing zone.
As part of your daily tasks, you'll have the chance to work with TMS (Transportation Management System), Excel, Power BI dashboards, and various other tools.Monitoring and analysing International Materials business opportunities will be the central responsibilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions, while promoting the adoption of efficient tracking methods to enhance/prepare for operational efficiency across importing zones.
You will also get to drive projects within the International Materials Team to secure operational excellence and meet stakeholder needs.
