The Commercial FP&A Manager ITALY is responsible for the financial and strategic planning process within the Italian Business, ensuring business targets are cascaded and monitored accordingly, as well as to challenge the reported figures and assist in corrective action plans with the respective teams.
He/she will be ensuring the data availability and integrity as well as analyzing and validating the monthly/yearly budget and financial plans, tracking & monitoring the adherence of the expenditures, the income, the cost of sales and other budgetary items to their budget.
Together with the Commercial FP&A Analyst ITALY (Direct report) and Commercial FP&A Manager of BU Central Europe (Line Manager), he/she is the key contact of the commercial organization and Management Committee of ITALY to steer the Financial & Strategic Planning and Reporting processes.

Accountabilities:
Budgeting Cycle:
Plan monthly/yearly regional budget, monthly forecasts and LE´s
Ensure connection and alignment with country plans and Commercial operations
Monitor adherence and compliance with all related policies and procedures
Validate and participate into build-up of business case analyses and forecasts
Analysis and Reporting:
Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly closings in close cooperation with GCC, Control and business teams
Review actual results and key variances against budget and LE for the total region (Italy)
Provide visibility on key account & customer P&L’s
Prepare management reporting on key metrics and variances
Recommend action plans to improve performance to Italy Management Team and BU FP&A team
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, AB InBev standards, policies, and procedures
Support revenue management initiatives
Other:
Deliver on special finance and commercial projects (Anaplan, Finance Excellence Program, etc)
Identify and ensure implementation of process and system enhancements to continuously improve operations
Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks in the team
Support Commercial FP&A Analyst and GCC in case of work overload in other processes
Perform other duties as requested by Commercial FP&A Manager of BU Central
Be the active right-hand of the Country Managing Director and the Italian Management Committee
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
University degree in Economics, Finance and related field required.
3-5 years’ experience in Finance area or related fields
Experience in working in an ERP environment is a plus
Experience in working in a multi-national environment is a plus
