Na posição de Service Delivery Analyst, o(a) profissional será protagonista na gestão de clientes estratégicos, atuando de forma consultiva e analítica para assegurar excelência na entrega, alta adoção das soluções e geração contínua de valor. Essa posição requer forte visão de negócio, habilidades em gestão de projetos e relacionamento com stakeholders, além de capacidade de antecipar riscos e conduzir iniciativas complexas com autonomia e protagonismo.
