Purpose of the position is to ensure effective HR management by understanding business needs, ensuring compliance, fostering a positive work environment, resolving challenges and aligning HR processes with company strategic priorities for sustainable plant operations.

What will your responsibilities be?
Act as the HR representative and ambassador at plant level, translating and executing the EMEA HR strategy locally.
Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term HR action plans aligned with business and plant objectives.
Lead the execution of core HR processes at plant level.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, retention and offboarding.
Understand the workforce, identify key talent and develop retention and development plans to ensure plant stability and performance.
Partner closely with the Plant Manager to identify and address people‑related challenges.
Ensure effective support to the plant while aligning with central HR processes and standards.
Collaborate with Central HR, Labor Relations and Compliance teams to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices.
Maintain strong understanding of the business, operational environment and factors influencing plant performance.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations and company policies.
Proactively address employee concerns, foster a positive work environment and manage conflict resolution.
Manage employee representative relations, including labor grievances and compliance matters.
Act with urgency and pragmatism to resolve HR issues at plant level.
Anticipate future people‑related risks and develop preventive solutions.
Drive cost‑effective HR and labor cost improvement initiatives to support a sustainable plant operation.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the Automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and flexibility.
Attention to detail and methodical approach.
