Responsibilities:
Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures for the reception and shipment of materials.
Perform activities related to shipments, including packaging preparation, and labelling.
Utilize the Operative Systems for all warehousing processes.
Effectively manage relabeling, stock management, and relocation processes.
Streamline processes to enhance efficiency in the warehouse.
Collaborate with packaging contacts to maintain sufficient supplies in the warehouse.
Participate in an on-call rotational roster 24/7 with the logistics team to provide in-person emergency response for urgent shipments required by World Courier clients.
Work in various temperature-controlled environments, including:
+15 to +25°C
+2 to +8°C
-20 to -30°C
Engage in scheduled weekend tasks for stock control and balance sheet processes.
Be prepared to lift loads of up to 20 kg independently using safe lifting methods.
Liaise with the Transport Customer Service team regarding World Courier transport bookings and processes.
Share ideas and recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of logistics and warehousing experience.
Experience in receiving/put-away, inventory/replenishment, and pick/pack processes, including cold chain orders.
Understanding of the sensitivity of handling pharmaceutical products and familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures.
Current forklift license (counterbalance and electric reach trucks).
Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
Able to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to tight schedules and variable workloads with a calm, customer-focused approach.
