Job Title: Procurement Executive (Junior Buyer)

Location: Nashik

Employment Type: Full time
Experience: 2-4 years

Main Responsibilities

· Managing supplier data in different local ERPs (and other internal IT tools)

· Communicating with suppliers and tracking the receipt of important information

· Converting purchase requisitions into active purchase orders, 

· Overseeing the operational ordering process. Tracking and maintaining order confirmations, as well as verifying invoices in case of discrepancies. Focus on services and non-production materials

· Collaboration with Finance to support the invoicing process 

*Collecting and manage Vendor Master Datas

* Drive Global Supplier Creation Process

* Support Procurement and Sustainability Reporting  

Desired Qualifications

Experience with ERP Systems 

Initial experience in a purchasing department (possibly also sales)

Communicative

Able to work remotely and therefore well-organized

Proficiency with standard Microsoft tools (Windows and Excel)

Languages: English Grade B1
