Sales/Marketing Assistant

KTVZ News, a leading television and digital media company serving Central Oregon through our NBC, FOX, The CW, and Telemundo affiliates, as well as KTVZ.com  is seeking a Marketing Sales Assistant to join our team in Bend, OR.

The Marketing Sales Assistant plays an important role in supporting our accomplished sales department through order entry, proposal preparation, reporting, invoicing, and daily administrative support.  This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic media environment.

We are looking for a high-energy individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, self-discipline and a willingness to learn and grow.   The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and solid math aptitude. Training is available for our preferred candidate who should have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Creative Suite and be proficient in math.   Previous media experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
