Regional Trainer

The Fine Print:

Pay: €34,186.67 per annum with an annual bonus of up to €2,250 + Company Car

Location: Ireland as a region with a key focus in and around Dublin. Ideal candidate would be based around Dublin.

Hours: 37.5 per week | Mon-Fri (two weekend working days a month with Monday taken in lieu)

As a Regional Demonstrator, you’ll be the face of a globally recognised consumer electronics brand, specialising in Home Solutions (White Goods - Washers, Dryers, Fridges etc). Your mission? To deliver engaging product demonstrations and empower retail teams with the knowledge and confidence to drive sales.

This isn’t just about showing off great products, it’s about creating memorable experiences, sparking enthusiasm, and helping customers make informed choices.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver dynamic training sessions to retail staff, showcasing product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
• Lead high-impact in-store demonstrations that drive customer engagement and boost sales.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and share valuable insights with internal stakeholders.
• Visit stores according to a set schedule, report on activities, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
