Representing MADx at conferences
Timely resolving problems and handling complaints
Monitoring and reporting of sales performance
Establishing best practices and providing innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Taking full commercial responsibility for the South Italy region
Building, structuring and further developing the local sales setup
Driving market development and growth in a largely independent commercial role
Your profile:
Education in a scientific and/or commercial field
Experience in a lab-environment is of advantage
Based in Italy (ideally Central or Southern Italy) with readiness to travel within the region
Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales role with ownership of a territory or market
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare/pharma/diagnostics sector
Enthusiasm for solving client-related matters, accuracy and an innovative mindset
Proactive mindset and a team player
Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus
