The Clerk Delisting provides operational and administrative support for the product delisting process within SAP. This role focuses on accurate data maintenance, timely execution of delisting activities, and coordination with internal teams to ensure products are removed efficiently and correctly from inventory, sales, and merchandising systems. The Clerk supports established processes and contributes to day-to-day operational excellence.
Here's where you'll have an impact: • Execute product delisting transactions in the SAP Retail system according to approved requests, established procedures, and corporate standards. • Maintain and update product master data for delisted items, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. • Review delisting requests for completeness and accuracy, flagging issues or discrepancies for follow-up. • Coordinate with category management, replenishment, and merchandising teams to confirm delisting details and timelines. • Monitor delisting activity queues to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within required service levels. • Produce routine reports and data extracts related to delisting activity • Identify data errors or process delays and escalate issues to analysts or manager • Follow established controls and compliance requirements related to product removal and data integrity. • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting minor process or documentation enhancements. What you'll offer: • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in business, retail operations, or supply chain considered an asset. • 1–2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or retail operations roles preferred. • Basic working knowledge of SAP • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel. • Ability to follow standardized processes and work effectively within established guidelines. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Dependable, methodical, and comfortable working with routine operational tasks.
