About the role:
This will be a 6 months fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. You will be reporting directly to the Customer & Market Engagement Director. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation supporting the execution of our Key Account Marketing plans and large events.
With a minimum of five years' experience in a marketing or communications environment, this role supports the broader marketing function by coordinating campaign activity across digital, print, and events channels.
The key objectives of this role are to:
Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives and target audience segments.
Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables across internal teams and external suppliers.
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of major events including conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies, sponsorship activations, and corporate hospitality.
Drive consistent brand messaging across all campaign touchpoints, including digital, print, social media, and events.
Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimise results.
Support the broader marketing team with go-to-market planning and integrated communications activity.
Qualifications & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with a Diploma or equivalent qualification combined with a strong professional track record and portfolio of campaign experience will be equally considered.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing, campaign management, or communications role.
Demonstrated experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and projects to time and budget.
Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, and production suppliers.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools including CRM platforms, email marketing software and social media management tools.
Hands-on experience with paid digital channels including SEM, paid social, and display advertising.
Strong analytical capability with experience using Google Analytics or equivalent reporting platforms.
Experience in a B2B, professional services, or corporate environment is advantageous.
Skills & Knowledge:
Campaign Strategy: Ability to translate business objectives into targeted, multi-channel campaign strategies with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritising workload and delivering to deadline without compromising quality.
Data & Analytics: Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and translating insights into clear recommendations for improvement.
Brand & Content: Sound understanding of brand management principles and the ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across diverse channels and formats.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to brief, collaborate, and present confidently to internal stakeholders and external partners.
