Administrative Support: Provide clerical support, which includes filing, photocopying, and scanning legal and corporate documents, maintain a systematic system to ensure that records are easily retrievable and secure.
Case Management: Gather, examine, and analyze information related to cases, conduct investigations and prepare case files for current and pending administrative matters. This includes documenting proceedings and agreements from meetings distributing copies as needed.
Communication: Handle correspondence, respond to email inquiries, and communicate with courts or government agencies regarding updates and schedules of cases. Engage with visitors of the Legal Department, ensuring effective communication within the legal unit.
Research: Conduct legal research as directed by lawyers. This may involve reviewing legal documents, statutes, and regulations to support ongoing cases.
Scheduling and Coordination: Responsible for scheduling meetings, training sessions, and other activities for the legal unit, ensuring efficient use of personnel time.
What You Need to Have:
Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Management, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in working at a law firm is highly advantageous
Basic to advanced knowledge in legal research and legal terminology
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software
Ability to multi-task and work at a fast-paced environment independently
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
