The Administrative Analyst is responsible for assisting our HST team in developing proposals covering medicines, medical supplies, and all other related services provided by ActiveOne Health.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support proposal preparation for medicines, medical supplies, diagnostics, and healthcare services.
- Consolidate pricing, technical details, and documentation from internal teams and vendors.
- Assist with cost build-ups, margin checks, and pricing validations in coordination with Finance and Procurement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather quotations, specifications, and compliance documents.
- Support Sales with bid requirements, comparison sheets, and client clarifications.
- Track proposal KPIs, maintain records, and prepare basic reports and dashboards.
- Help improve proposal processes, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide general administrative support, including coordination of reviews and on-time submission of proposals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration or any related field (Required)
- At least 1 to 3 years experience in proposal support, sales operations, procurement coordination, or healthcare operations is highly advantageous
- Strong proficiency in MS Office/365. CRM/SharePoint, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of medicines, medical supplies, and healthcare services is preferred
