The role
The key focus of this role is to deliver hands‑on coaching, training and facilitation that accelerates adoption of UniSuper’s new operating model and agile ways of working. You will contribute across the organisation, supporting teams and leaders to translate frameworks and principles into practical, day‑to‑day behaviours that improve delivery outcomes.
Deliver immersive coaching to teams and leaders transitioning to the new operating model
Apply agile and lean practices to improve ways of working at team, squad and portfolio levels
Support leaders to understand and apply their evolving roles within agile delivery
Design and deliver engaging training, workshops and retrospectives for diverse audiences
Analyse adoption health and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Contribute to operating model documentation, playbooks and ways‑of‑working guides
About you
You are an experienced agile or delivery coach who enjoys influencing change through collaboration, insight and practical support. You bring strong judgement, adaptability and a passion for building capability in complex environments.
Significant experience as an agile coach, delivery coach or change practitioner
Proven ability to design and deliver agile training for varied stakeholder groups
Deep knowledge of agile and lean frameworks, applied pragmatically to context
Experience supporting large‑scale operating model or organisational change
Strong facilitation and communication skills, translating complexity into action
Comfort working in, or alongside, regulated or enterprise environments
