Is this the role for you?
Ricoh is seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to support Agile delivery across major enterprise transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments, Azure DevOps, and PMO governance, who thrives in fast‑paced, iterative delivery settings.
You will provide critical administrative, coordination, and reporting support across multiple delivery streams, working closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, and system integrators to ensure projects remain on track and well‑governed.
Provide administrative and coordination support across D365 Finance & Operations / ERP delivery streams
Support Agile and Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Stand-ups)
Maintain project artefacts including:
RAID logs, actions, decisions, status reports
Sprint backlogs, work items, and releases
Administer and maintain delivery data in Azure DevOps
Work items, bugs, enhancements, queries, dashboards
Assist with release planning, defect tracking, and UAT coordination
Support backlog management, work item updates, and release tracking
Assist with governance reporting for PMO
Ensure compliance with best practice PMO standards and delivery frameworks
Coordinate vendor and partner engagement (e.g. system integrators)
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all tools
To be successful in this role:
You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple delivery streams in an Agile environment. You bring strong organisational skills and a practical understanding of modern delivery frameworks.
You will have:
Scrum or Agile certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe)
Project management certification or PMO experience
Project management qualification or working knowledge of PRINCE2 / PMBoK
Enterprise-scale ERP transformation
Structured PMO and established Agile delivery model
Exposure to modern DevOps practices within Microsoft ecosystem
Collaborative, professional delivery environment
12 Month Fixed Term contract
