Brief Job Description:
The Inside Service Sales:
Responsible for active sales of service contracts, contract renewals, service products and spare parts to customers and business partners in entrusted DACH regions, fulfillment of set goals and direct communication with customers and backup for colleagues in the same position. Responsible for pricing in the sale of service products, services and spare parts. Responsible for processing, filing and updating service contracts in Oracle system, ensuring continuity of service contracts as well as selling products and services beyond the scope of the applicable contracts.
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

- Provides the direct sales and quotations of spare parts as well as sales and operations in the T & M (Time & Material) to customers and distributors in assigned regions.
- Prepares quotations, as well as the calculation of prices and margins and updates the relevant data in the central database.
Handles customer's requests and provides the best possible service.
- Communicates and contacts with customers, service engineers, with financial and logistics, as well as with colleagues in the entrusted countries, attending regular meetings.
- Communicates with a supplier of spare parts in order to get the best purchase price and terms.
- Performs the administrative support and works closely with other departments to ensure the implementation of service activities.
- Responsible for achieving sales goals
- Performs in full compliance with the ITC regulations (regulation of foreign trade).
- Regularly review existing contracts and ensure continuity in their duration.
- Provides customer database management and timely and accurate processing of new contracts in Oracle system.
- Actively participates in the process of prolonging existing contracts, including direct phone and e-mail addressing customers in the assigned countries and addressing their requirements, as well as securing subcontractors for implementation.
- Work closely with contract administrators, as well as with colleagues in the entrusted countries.
- Resolving the problems, identifying possible shortcomings and missing information, in Oracle system
Perform regular reporting.
- Work closely with the direct superior, solve and fulfill assigned tasks on time in required quality
Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
- Secondary, higher education or University education
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in the same or similar position in the administrative area and sales
