We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced
professional to join our growing team. If you are passionate about
optimizing the Quote-to-Cash process, translating complex business
requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborating with
cross-functional teams to drive impact, this could be the perfect
opportunity for you. In this role, you will:
Elicit
analyses
and document business requirements related to the
quote-to-cash process.
Design and configure scalable solutions within
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced to meet business requirements.
Provide
2nd and 3rd line functional support for the Revenue Cloud Advanced
environment,
guiding users and resolving functional issues.
Lead
workshops and training sessions for business users.
Collaborate closely
with developers to ensure the technical solution aligns with the
functional design.
Create and maintain functional documentation,
including process flows,
user stories
and use cases.
Requirements
You will bring:
Proven experience as a Functional Consultant
,
Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on Salesforce Revenue Cloud
Advanced and CPQ.
Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes
,
product bundling
,
product rules
,
price rules
& quote templates.
