Intern ‐ Compliance
(To be based at Battaramulla)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with compliance monitoring activities and support routine audits/assurance testing.
- Help maintain Compliance records, registers and documentation.
- Conduct research on laws, regulations and support implementation of compliance initiatives.
- Assist/prepare draft reports and presentations.
- Support the team in coordinating training sessions and awareness programs.
- Carry out other compliance related duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Law, related field or having Risk/ Compliance related qualifications.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
