About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring smooth flow of operations.
- Develop and present the annual business plan, revenue targets, and expense budgets for review with the Director of F&B.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to feedback and complaints, and ensure positive image preservation.
- Monitor progress against the business plan, forecast, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial and business targets.
- Maintain high service standards, food quality, and presentation to meet guest expectations.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the international luxury hospitality industry
- Proven leadership capability with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and high-end guest expectations
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced, pre-opening or operational environment
- Experience working within structured frameworks, with adaptability to evolving organisational models and career progression systems
