• 10 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry physical or software systems.
• Experience in infrastructure program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Be a highly credible thought leader within Google and industry on the subject matter domain of the respective organization.
• Serve as the product manager for the in-house manufacturing capacity, defining roadmap/north star, generation over generation manufacturing scope, and translating scope to cross-functional requirements across platforms, hardware operations, supply chain, data center design, construction and operations teams.
• Own technical program management scope across manufacturing line capacity and sizing, location identification, facility design, build-out execution and facility readiness, manufacturing process flow, process development, work instructions, and documentation, creating manufacturing flow quality checkpoints, test plans, quality control and mitigation, and bridge between product, manufacturing and supplier teams.
• Drive technical program management of cross-functional manufacturing execution systems development across process flow transitions, work instructions, capacity management, parts ordering, testing, and finished goods transactions.
