About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dual Diagnosis Clinician to deliver specialist assessment, treatment and referral services for people with co‑occurring AOD and mental health concerns. Working within a recovery‑oriented framework, you will hold a small caseload while also contributing to the capability, wellbeing and development of the broader AOD Services team.
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role provides day‑to‑day guidance and support to two direct reports, helping to foster a positive team culture and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Based on The Central Coast and will work at multiple locations at Morisset and Berkeley Vale depending on service need, this full‑time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people experiencing co‑occurring AOD and mental health challenges. Salary is in accordance with SCHADS Level 5.
