The Role
This role will require you to service multiple customer sites local to the Brisbane region and includes collecting used cooking oils into a rigid tanker truck and transporting to our disposal plant for recycling. Due to the physical nature of the role, candidates must be comfortable performing manual handling, heavy lifting.
You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet. You will be required to operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with company regulations, complete all paperwork and records accurately.
Must be willing to take a pre-employment medical, including passing a drug & alcohol test and Police Check.

As part of closing the gender gap of operators & drivers in the waste management industry, Cleanaway is running a Driver Academy to address substantive equality for all by removing some of the barriers preventing them from getting involved. Cleanaway is seeking an individual to participate in an intensive training program which includes licencing and other training required to set you up to be a Operator & HR licenced truck driver, followed by ongoing learning for the next 12 months.
