Based in China, this full-time permanent role sits within our APAC Marketing team, supporting activity across 13 markets and a network of 34 dealer partners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our product offering is competitive, relevant and aligned to both global strategy and regional market needs.
In this role, you’ll lead the adaptation of global product strategies for APAC and Greater China, working closely with headquarters to define positioning, manage lifecycle planning and ensure our portfolio meets evolving customer expectations. You’ll bring together market insight, customer trends and competitive intelligence to shape decisions that directly influence sales performance and brand growth.
A key part of your focus will be pricing, developing and managing regional frameworks in line with global guidance, while ensuring we remain competitive and commercially strong within each market. You’ll also coordinate time-to-market activities, ensuring new product launches are delivered seamlessly across the region, working closely with internal teams and our dealer network.
Alongside this, you’ll act as the voice of the market, gathering and analysing data, identifying opportunities, and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll also play an important role in capability building, developing and delivering product training to both internal teams and retailers, ensuring a consistent and confident understanding of our products across all touchpoints.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring experience in product marketing, pricing or market analysis, ideally within the automotive or luxury sector. You’ll be highly analytical, commercially aware and confident working across multiple markets and stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into practical actions will be key.
Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential, along with a strong understanding of APAC and Greater China markets. You’ll be comfortable working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities and operating in a dynamic, evolving environment.
