Software Developer in Test
We are looking for a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join our partner's team on a B2B contract basis. This is a FULL REMOTE role for a professional passionate about test automation, quality engineering, and continuous improvement of software delivery processes.
Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Playwright automation using TypeScript (preferred).

Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java or TypeScript.

Strong understanding of Playwright capabilities, including:

Session storage handling

CodeGen
-
Reporting
-
Web locator strategies (XPath/CSS selectors)

Experience designing, implementing, and executing automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar tools).

Working knowledge of API test automation, including:

REST APIs
-
Request/response validation

Basic assertions
-
Familiarity with GitHub workflows and version control practices.

Experience using GitHub Copilot within VS Code.

Experience with defect management and test tracking tools such as JIRA and XRay.

Strong communication and reporting skills, including the ability to provide clear status updates and reports to non-technical stakeholders.

Understanding of basic automation metrics, KPIs, and ROI calculations related to test automation initiatives.
