Job Fit- Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guest service, including welcoming guests warmly and addressing their needs effectively.
• Foster teamwork and clear communication with colleagues, maintaining positive work relationships.
• Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and set-up guidelines, prepare garnishes and stock supplies, anticipate replenishment needs and communicate promptly.
• Handle closing duties and cash transactions securely and efficiently.
• Support sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Previous experience as a bartender.
• Knowledge of classic drink & beverages recipes and preparation.
• Guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English language efficiency.

Nice-to-Have

• Bartending certification.
• Additional language proficiency.
• Previous experience in a 5* hotel / resort.
