We are seeking a RAW Material Supervisor to oversee raw material handling and warehouse operations at our Pignataro plant. The role ensures material availability, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating inbound/outbound material flows, optimizing storage and logistics processes, and maintaining SAP/ERP data integrity. The supervisor will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Procurement to guarantee uninterrupted manufacturing support. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, experience in warehouse or material management, knowledge of lean logistics, and familiarity with safety regulations. A proactive mindset, problem‑solving ability, and solid communication skills are essential. Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
