At the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA), we are dedicated to carrying out meaningful work that drives improvements and elevates student achievement across NSW, now and into the future.
We accomplish this by supporting all school sectors with high-quality syllabuses, assessment (including managing the HSC and NAPLAN), teaching standards (e.g., accrediting teachers) and school environments (including setting and monitoring school standards).

About the role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused People and Culture Advisor to provide high-quality advisory and operational support across a range of workforce matters at NESA.
Working within a collaborative and evolving People and Culture team, you will partner with managers and employees to deliver timely, practical and people-centred advice across the employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality customer service.
