Join a supportive multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful contribution to offender rehabilitation. We are seeking a Senior Psychologist/Senior Specialist Psychologist to join us at Mannus Correctional Centre.
Your role
As a Senior Psychologist, you will provide direct psychological services and programs to offenders within a custodial setting. Your role involves offering high-level expertise in psychological assessment, intervention, and case management, particularly in complex cases. Mannus is a minimum-security centre with a focus on works release and reintegration. There are opportunities for meaningful, in‑depth interactions with inmates, enabling you to play an active role in rehabilitation and behaviour change. There is a strong focus on rehabilitation and psychological consultation, allowing you to influence case planning, risk management, and treatment pathways.
