For the Thermal combustion department we are looking for interns! The following internships / graduation assignments are available. Apply using the apply button and select the (graduation) internship you are interested in.
HoSt Thermal technology B.V. realises biomass fired power plants in which fuel is converted into renewable energy via combustion. A flue gas condenser, located downstream a boiler, can increase the overall efficiency of the plant by extracting additional condensation heat from the flue gas. The heat will be transferred to a low temperature cooling circuit. HoSt has several flue gas condensers in own operation and has knowledge and experience with them. The objective of this assignment is to continue/improve the design of the flue gas condenser and its auxiliary equipment in order to be ready to instal a complete system at new plants.
