Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We’re looking for a Pricing & Performance Manager to assist with the development and execution of data-driven pricing strategies across our deposit portfolio.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll sit close to market movements, customer behaviour, and funding dynamics, translating insights into actions to drive great customer outcomes.
You’ll work closely with Treasury, Product, and frontline teams, delivering performance insights and initiatives to enable faster, well informed decision-making.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
3+ years’ experience in pricing, product, or analytics within financial services (banking preferred)
Commercial judgement, with the ability to understand and balance performance drivers
Sound analytical skills and experience translating data into clear, actionable insights
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally
A proactive and curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
