Job Description Summary
To contribute to the profitability and growth of Service Stream by providing project support and coordination for activities within the regional Unify Services project, whilst adhering to relevant statutory legislation and Service Stream policies and procedures.
About the Role
- Ensure adherence to processes, timely communication and distribution of relevant documents and information and fulfillment of all completion activities
- Ensure internal and external stakeholders are provided with appropriate materials and data to achieve Completion and Invoicing/Payment activities
- Liaise with the Field Supervisors and field operatives to ensure timely service delivery and then feedback to clients as required through the clients’ databases/emails.
- Liaise with the Field Service Managers/Field Supervisors to resolve sub-contractor and client queries
- Receive and dispatch work and monitor deadlines for field completion dates
- Manage and review survey submissions from sub-contractors and ensure compliance with artefact, design, and claim requirements
- Review completed work ticket submissions from sub-contractors and ensure compliance with ticket/project closure requirements
- Complete all required reporting to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Liaise with Supervisors regarding all discrepancies with completed work orders
- Analyse and determine problem causes and contribute to developing solutions with respect to data and process to provide continuous improvement and optimisation
- Undertake other general and administrative tasks as required
