In this role, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Avon’s Intercompany Centre of Excellence, ensuring all intercompany activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with global standards. You’ll plan and manage monthly operational cycles, support changes to internal controls and policies, and work closely with our third‑party service provider. A key part of your role will be developing and motivating your team, building strong capabilities, and creating a positive, high‑performance environment while partnering with stakeholders across finance, tax, and FP&A to reduce risk and improve efficiency.Key responsibilities:
