Job Description:
Essential Functions:
Daily order process.
Daily Sample order process.
Backlog review.
Shipment schedule monitor to make on time delivery.
Shipment tracking.
Communicate / Working with factory and distributions to deal with any issue.
Support regular reports – Billing, POS, Inventory, Backlog, RFQ, Sales forecast.
Systems support and customer complains / RMA.
Qualifications:
Good Excel skill and data tracking capability.
Good communication skill in English writing and reading.
